Thank you for your interest in the Inaugural Food & Wine Night! By participating you will be supporting:

 

EVENT DETAILS:

 

  • This inaugural event will take place on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 7pm - 10pm in the Navigator Bistro, an outdoor courtyard located at St. Brendan Elementary School - 8755 SW 32 Street, Miami, FL 33165.

  • It is anticipated that an estimated 300 guests will be in attendance.

  • Please note that Sponsors/Partners will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Submission of this form does not guarantee participation in the event. If selected, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

LOGISTICS:

  • This inaugural event will begin promptly at 7pm.

  • Participants will begin setting up no earlier than 5pm.

  • Accessible parking for unloading will be available from 5pm to 6pm.

  • Set-up must be completed by 6:30pm.

  • Participants must be ready to serve guests no later than 7pm.

  • Breakdown may begin at 10pm and must be completed by 11pm.

  • Portions should be served as tasting style (individual samples) and be enough to serve an estimated 300 guests throughout the evening.

  • Every guest will receive a passport. Passports will include a page dedicated to your business. We ask that Sponsors stamp each guest's passport once they have been served.

  • SBE will provide you with a 10' x 10' space, which will include two 8' tables with coordinating black linens.

  • Spaces will be pre-assigned, and all tables will be marked, displaying your business name.

  • All participants must bring napkins, plates, plasticware, and any additional items needed to serve their signature dish.

  • Access to electricity is available, upon request.

  • Generators are not permitted.

  • Ice will not be provided.

  • Water will not be provided.

  • If a Sponsor is a no-show on the day of the event or cancels participation after September14, 2023 at 11:59pm, the Sponsor is responsible for a $500 fee due to cover the costs of promotions and the equipment rental (tables, linens).

  • This event is a great opportunity for you to showcase your business not just to the members of our community that will be in attendance but to the entire #NavigatorNation.

  • Bring business cards, brochures, and tablecloths, as we will all want to know where we can find your fabulous food after the event.

  • All sponsors will be recognized on our social media platforms including a direct link to your business’ page.

Sponsor, by submitting this form, acknowledges and represents that Sponsor has read, understands, and consents to be bound by the following term and conditions of sponsorship for a St. Brendan Elementary (“SBE”) event or program:
The Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement between Sponsor and SBE with respect to sponsorship of the event or program. Any amendments or modifications to the Agreement must be executed in writing by both parties.
