Partner, by submitting this form, acknowledges and represents that Partner has read, understands, and consents to be bound by the following term and conditions of partnership for a St. Brendan Elementary (“SBE”) event or program:

Partner's submission of this signed Partnerrship Agreement ("Agreement") is an express offer by the Partner to enter into the Agreement with SBE for the event or program indicated on the Agreement form, and SBE's acceptance of that offer.

Partner understands that although SBE will take reasonable efforts to maximize the number of registered attendees for the event or program through the use of promotional materials, SBE makes no guarantee regarding the number of actual attendees.

Partner grants SBE the unlimited right to display, exhibit, use and reproduce Partner name and logo for the purpose of promotion of the event or program and in all promotional materials.

Partner enters into the Agreement with the full understanding that the Agreement may not be terminated once the promotional materials for the event or program are distributed. In the event that the event or program is rescheduled due to conditions or factors beyond the control of SBE, including but not limited to, natural disasters and other acts of God, Sponsor agrees to be bound by the Agreement

The Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement between Partner and SBE with respect to partnership of the event or program. Any amendments or modifications to the Agreement must be executed in writing by both parties.
